Terms and prices are subject to change while commissions are closed.Commissioning me (PunkZetta) means that you are at least 18 years of age, and fully understand and agree to all of the terms on this page:-----------------------------------------INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING
My services are mainly geared toward those who want their OC (original character) animated. I will never claim ownership of your personal characters, and will not animate copyrighted characters or trademarks from official works and productions.Any work that you commission from me is for personal, non-commercial use only. My artist signature/watermark will also be placed on the corner of the canvas. At my own discretion, commissioned works may be publicly displayed in my portfolio, gallery, and social media platforms and will be labeled as 'commissioned work.'-----------------------------------------TVPAINT & SPECIAL EFFECTS
The professional animation program I use is called TVPaint and my style of animation is intended to look like a moving pencil drawing with somewhat gritty linework. I don't offer vector graphics, animated logos, dynamic shading/lighting, or 3D elements.If you'd like your animation to include 2D effects (like liquid/fire/smoke/etc), I do have experience animating these elements by hand. I can also utilize TVPaint's motion effects to simulate camera panning and screen shake.I have experience editing audio and lip-syncing dialogue, but am not offering it as an option for commission work at this time.-----------------------------------------REFERENCE APPROVAL & QUOTES
Before officially purchasing a commission slot, you must read through and accept these terms. You must also email your character reference image(s) and a detailed description of the concept you have in mind for the animation. Send all of this information to my business email:
[email protected]I can refuse my services if your character(s) or concept conflicts with my art style, comfort level, or values. If your character(s) and concept get my approval and you're comfortable with the price/quote, you will be provided with further instruction on how to purchase the slot through my Ko-fi Commission Menu.Commissions must be paid in full before any work begins-----------------------------------------ESTIMATED COMPLETIONAnimated Headshots usually take between 7-21 business days to complete, and Animated Scenes can take between 30-90 business days.I cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Every project varies in complexity, which is why completion time is estimated and not promised. Commissions are open when I have free time set aside to ensure that I can work on your commission consistently. With that said, I never rush my projects and will take healthy breaks in between work to avoid exhaustion.-----------------------------------------ANIMATION PROCESS
Animation requires several drafts before reaching the end result. At certain milestones in the process, WIP (work-in-progress) videos of your animation will be recorded and sent to you for review. (The WIP videos will be low-resolution and/or heavily watermarked.)Please be available for communication throughout this process so I may ask questions and get your approval on these video drafts. Failure to communicate with me in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of your commission.The first draft will consist of very rough sketches to establish the timing and key poses in your animation. Upon your approval, I will continue with the next draft which involves adding more in-between sketches to smooth out the actions. Your approval will be needed again to proceed with the third draft (clean-up), which is generally the most time consuming stage.Clean-up involves redrawing every single frame, refining the motion, and adding more in-between drawings where needed. If you aren't satisfied with something in your animation and want changes made, please let me know before the clean-up starts.If you also requested a full color animation, I'll make sure the color palette is to your liking before painting and finalizing the whole animation.-----------------------------------------REVISION FEES
Make sure you really love your character(s) and to be thorough when discussing your concept to avoid the need for revisions. Requesting extensive changes to your animation increases my work-load, which will result in delays and revisions fees.A revision fee is an additional, non-refundable charge that is billed to you. It's calculated based on the amount of extra labor/time I anticipate spending on the changes you request. The fee must be paid in a timely manner so I may proceed with your revisions.If I've made significant progress on your commission, I cannot guarantee any changes can be made at that point. Always notify me of any revisions during the early stages of production.-----------------------------------------CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you must cancel your own commission for any reason, please understand that your partial refund is calculated based on how much work I've done on your commission.For example:
[1] If the very first draft has been started, only 50% of your original/quoted price may be refunded after cancellation.
[2] If I've reached the second draft stage, only 25% of your original/quoted price may be refunded after cancellation.
[3] If I've reached the clean-up stage, no refunds can be issued after cancellation.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your commission at any point if you fail to respond to my messages/emails in a timely manner, violate any of my terms & conditions, or if I determine that your communication toward me is demanding, inappropriate, disrespectful, or offensive.-----------------------------------------COMPLETED COMMISSIONS
Once your commission is complete, you'll receive the final, high quality video file(s) in a zip folder. I will not send the source TVPaint (.TVPP) program file(s) or individual frames from the animation.The Animated Headshot comes as an 800x800px GIF or PNG file. You may request smaller copies to fit the size requirements on your desired social media and chat apps.The Animated Scene comes as a high-resolution 1080x1920px video. I generally process, pack, and mail groups of orders together within the span of 1-2 weeks. This helps ensure that multiple payments have a chance to reach my bank for batch label printing.Keep in mind that processing time is an estimate, and I don't offer any rush order options at this time. If I anticipate any delays longer than 2 weeks from your date of purchase, I will notify you directly or provide public updates on my ko-fi page. U.S. orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. This service includes tracking and insurance coverage up to $100. Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days after handing the package to the courier.International orders are shipped with USPS First-Class Package International. This service only includes tracking, but insurance of up to $100 will be covered separately through Shipsurance. Estimated delivery is 7-21 days after handing the package to the courier.If I deny/cancel/refund your international order, please don't take it personally! I may not be able to fulfill every non-U.S. order due to courier restrictions, language barriers, and other region-specific rules and regulations that may come up.-----------------------------------------INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES & VAT
International buyers are responsible for paying any customs fees/dues associated with their country.
